Our Firm: Patrizio & Zhao, LLC is a New Jersey-based certified public accounting firm providing audit, tax, accounting and other business advisory services.  With offices in New Jersey and China, we service both publicly held and privately held companies in a wide variety of industries.

Credentials: As required by SEC guidelines regulating independent auditors who assist publicly traded companies, Patrizio & Zhao, LLC is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and performs audits of publicly held companies in accordance with standards established by the SEC and the PCAOB.  Our firm is a member of the AICPA Division of Firms SEC and Private Companies Practices Sections.  We have undergone peer review performed by an AICPA approved CPA firm, as well as inspections performed by the PCAOB.

Highly Skilled Staff: With a team of expert professionals, Patrizio & Zhao, LLC provides technical accounting and consulting services in a personalized relationship with each client.  This means, among other things, that the supervision of every engagement is under the direct control of one of our firm's partners.  Many of our professionals are bilingual and have prior experience with international prestigious CPA firms such as Ernst Young, Deloitte & Touche, LLP, KPMG, LLP, Moore Stephens, PC, Friedman LLP, and Eisner LLP.  Our staff members are alumni from various reputable universities such as New York University, University of Hawaii, George Washington University, University of Texas and St. John's University.

Our Growth: In the past several years, Patrizio & Zhao, LLC's business has been increasingly focused on the Chinese market, serving companies that are publicly traded or in the process of becoming publicly traded on U.S.-regulated stock exchanges.  In addition to our staff in New Jersey, our team includes highly experienced accounting professionals based in China.  As such, we represent a cost-effective alternative to the major national accounting firms, with the experience and expertise required of an independent auditor.
