Mr. Patrizio is the Managing Partner of Patrizio & Zhao, LLC.  He manages the firm’s day-to-day operations and determines overall policies and objectives to improve service and enhance client relationships.  He has over 20 years of experience including several years at a Big Four firm.

He is responsible for providing a wide range of accounting, auditing, tax and business advisory services to clients (including publicly-traded entities) in the manufacturing, distribution, retail, apparel and service businesses, as well as tax planning for high net worth individuals.  

He is an expert in asset based lending reviews conducted for various financial institutions including JP Morgan Chase and the CIT Group.  Asset based lending client’s include manufacturers in the automotive, equipment, steel, rubber, plastic and chemical industries.

Mr. Patrizio earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business.  He is a licensed CPA in the State of New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).  He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s AICPA Peer Review and PCAOB Inspection process.  He represents the firm at various events and leads staff training programs for professional development.
