Patrizio & Zhao, LLC (“P&Z”) proudly announces the opening of their new office in Beijing on November 1, 2011. The office is located in the heart of Beijing at No. 12 East Huixin Street, Chaoyang District.

P&Z has also formed an Audit Expertise Committee appointing Professor Chengang Ye of University of International Business and Economics as Chairman of the Committee. The Audit Expertise Committee, consisting of auditing and accounting professors and financial experts of top tier Chinese universities and industries to provide guidance on Chinese Audit and Accounting Principles for the audits performed by Patrizio & Zhao for its Chinese clients with the goal of seeking a public offering in the United States.
